Investment Criteria
- U.S. Based. Northeast Ohio
- Target industries: distribution, business & industrial services, light manufacturing
- Sales between $2 million and $15 million
- Minimum historical annual operating income of $250,000
- History of profitable operations
- Current ownership is interested in transitioning out of the business in 3-12 months
